The Property Valuer is the quarterly magazine published by the IAVI. The Property Valuer provides invaluable market, legal and technical information on property matters and is targeted both at estate agents and other professionals in the sector. Each issue contains articles on a wide range of topical issues.

The magazine is distributed to all 2,000 members of the IAVI. It is also distributed to solicitors, accountants, banks and building societies, local authorities, government departments, property developers, construction companies and architects. All Irish third level college students on property courses also receive The Property Valuer, as do the students participating in IAVI administered courses.

The magazine is available on subscription from the Institute - cost €45 per annum
