Applied Property Practice 3, Property Development Appraisal, Urban and Regional Economics and Planning, Research Methodologies, Investment Markets, Business Management and Practice, Information Technology Module.
Semester II
Dissertation - Students will be required to produce a detailed and structured report on some aspect of the property market.
