Year One

Valuations; Law; Economics; Construction Studies; Professional Development; Surveying & Cartography; Finance/Accounting; Quantitative Methods; Financial & Statistical Mathematics; Integrated Project; Information Technology.

Year Two

Valuations; Law; Construction Studies; Planning; Urban Sociology; Quantitative Analysis; Property Management & Marketing.

Year Three

Valuations; Urban Economics; Building; Planning; Investment Analysis; Taxation. During this year students undertake a major integrated project on urban renewal/development.

Year Four

Valuations; Investment & Taxation; Urban Economics; Planning; Finance & Funding. In the fourth year each student prepares a major dissertation as part of the final examination.
